Company description
The "Three Pillar" brand is built on my own experience of weight loss. I had battle for many years with my weight and finally had decided to take action. Having tried many "diets" over the years I knew that the first place to make changes was my mind (1st pillar) the second place I knew I needed helps was with my diet (2nd pillar), after all it makes sense that if you want to change your shape then the way in which you fuel the body, is important. Thirdly I knew that if I wanted to shift some pounds I needed to move more/ exercise (3rd pillar). I spent 2 years working incredibly hard and lost 8.5 stones. I have managed to keep this weight off for 10 years because I did it in a sustainable way!

Over the past few years, I have helped clients to lose weight, improve their blood pressure, build a nutritious and enjoyable food habit, and most importantly improve the way they talk to themselves.
